The Competition Law workgroup is devoted to assisting and representing clients in procedures related to the defence of Competition, either through legal advice on procedures before the Portuguese Competition Authority or the competent European Institutions, or by representing clients before specialized Courts, particularly before Commercial Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

The Firm operates in the area of commercial and business law, focusing on subjects such as concentration of companies, vertical and horizontal agreements, restrictive practices, abuse of dominant position and of economic dependence, and state aid and concessions, under the National and European Law regulations, and before their respective bodies.
