The core of the Litigation Department at J. A. Pinto Ribeiro & Associates supports national and foreign clients in the defence of their rights either in out-of-the court settlement of disputes stemming from negotiations in which the Firm has provided legal advice, as well as in the scope of judicial litigation in matters of considerable value in Commercial Law, Administrative, Banking and Labour.

The Litigation department currently follows a large number of cases, mainly at Administrative Courts, Civil and Trade Courts and Labour Courts, anywhere in the country.          

The Firm also provides legal advice to its national and foreign clients in domestic and international arbitrations.
